A member of the Feeding Services team will contact the family and send out an information packet.

Upon receipt of the completed information packet, a Feeding Services team member will contact the family to schedule an appointment.

Follow-Up Appointments

Follow-up appointments should be scheduled by the patient by calling Feeding Services at (816) 760-8853.
