Back-up care
Full-time, part-time, part-time casual and weekend option employees can access discounted back-up child and adult care through Bright Horizons. It’s available when you need to get to work and your normal caregiver arrangement is disrupted. The program will arrange temporary care for you at one of its child care centers or find a screened and credentialed caregiver to come to you. The cost is just $3 an hour for center-based care or $6 an hour for in-home care.
