Cost of Services

Note: The Take CARE Employee Clinic and Pharmacy accepts credit, debit and Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account (FSA and HSA) cards. The center does not accept cash.

The cost of services will be based on your appointment type and whether you are covered by a Children's Mercy medical plan:

Employees, spouses, and adult children (ages 18-25) covered by the CM Blue or Gold medical plan per visit co-pay

Employees, spouses, and adult children (ages 18-25) covered by the CM Green (HDHP) medical plan per visit co-pay

Employees, spouses, and adult children (ages 18-25) not covered by a CM medical plan per visit fee

Preventive care services, including annual physicals well-woman visits and Motion Capture visits

If you are a Children's Mercy medical plan participant, there are no claims to file. If you are not covered by a Children's Mercy medical plan, you will receive paperwork to file your own claim.

Fees are payable at the time of service, and the center will accept debit and credit card payments only, which includes Flexible Spending and Health Savings Account cards. If you are covered by the Children's Mercy Blue or Gold medical plan, your $10 copay may not be deducted from your Health Reimbursement Account.
