Down Syndrome: A study to learn more about the health of persons with Down syndrome after treatment for acute leukemia

This study is for children and adults: • 6-40 years old • Who have Down Syndrome • Who have completed treatment for a diagnosis of acute leukemia The overall goal of this study is to learn more about long-term effects after leukemia treatment in people with Down syndrome and also to understand genetic factors that may contribute to the long-term effects. Researchers hope that results of this study will help doctors better care for children and young adults with Down syndrome after acute leukemia treatment.
