The Department of Orthopedic Surgery at Children’s Mercy Kansas City has been consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the top pediatric orthopedic programs in the nation.  Our expert pediatric hip team offers comprehensive care for a wide variety of orthopedic conditions for pediatric, adolescent and young adult patients. Families travel across the Midwest to receive specialty care from our multidisciplinary team. This team is led by our board certified pediatric orthopedic surgeons who have extensive training and expertise in a wide variety of congenital, acquired and developmental conditions of the hip.
