General
The clinic sees patients up to 18 years of age.
We need complete information to allow the best use of your time at the visit. This helps us to understand your child’s condition and give the best care possible.
We are not able to give suggestions before we see and
evaluate your child in the clinic. Please contact your primary care or referring provider for questions while you wait for
your child’s first appointment.

Each child is unique. So is their timeline to pain relief. Our providers will create a custom treatment plan for your child.
First Appointment
A new patient visit requires a referral from your child’s provider. See Scheduling My Pain Clinic Appointment Roadmap.
All new patient visits are in person. It may be possible to have a virtual follow up visit.

questions while you are waiting for your first visit.
Rehabilitation for Amplified Pain Syndromes (RAPS) Program
All new patients must have a new patient pain clinic visit to be evaluated for RAPS.
There is a waiting list for the RAPS program. Once your child is
accepted into the RAPS program, we will start the insurance process. This can take several weeks or months for
approval.

Once your child is accepted for the RAPS program, we start the
insurance process. This can take several weeks or months for approval. When insurance has approved your child for the
RAPS program, your child will be placed on the RAPS wait list for the next available opening.
The treatment program is 4 to 6 weeks on average.
We offer multidisciplinary pain clinic visits for younger kids to create comprehensive treatment plans outpatient.
