All new appointment requests are processed within 48 hours. Two phone attempts and a final notification to schedule will be made.

Scheduling hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday: 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Surgery scheduling
Surgery scheduling is intended for community providers with privileges at Children’s Mercy facilities. If you are referring a patient to be seen by Children’s Mercy Surgery department, please select Surgery above.
